Shipping policy
We offer free delivery to service collection points within Denmark for orders over 599 DKK, to Sweden over 999 SEK, and other selected EU countries over €99.
You can choose between home delivery or pick up from a collection point at checkout.
You can also pick up your order from our warehouse in Holbæk – if you choose this option, we will contact you via e-mailvia SMS to arrange a pickup time.
Delivery
Orders are sent out three times a week, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays around 11:00. Normal delivery time to addresses in Denmark is 1-2 working days. To other EU countries the normal delivery time is 3-4 working days. All goods are sent by GLS with Denmark and may vary to other countries.
Uncollected parcels
You cannot refund your purchase simply by refusing to collect the item from a collection point. You usually have 7 days to pick up your parcel from the collection point.
If it is not collected in time it is returned to us. We will charge a fee of DKK 50 (or equivalent in SEK or €) to cover the cost we have to pay for the package to be sent back to us, and we do not refund the original cost of delivery.
